Appointment Overview and Pricing:
First visit appointments for new patients typically last 90-120 minutes depending on history and conditions. In this time frame, the practitioner will gather an extensive history on the patient, review prior labs, conduct a physical exam and answer any questions. If lab work is needed, blood will also be drawn during the initial visit or can be scheduled the next day to allow for proper fasting.
Follow up visits will occur after the blood work has been processed and scheduled based on practitioner availability (typically 2-3 weeks after the initial visit). These appointments last ~30-60 minutes, during which time the practitioner will review and explain lab results and revisit the Wellness Plan and goals. We also like to schedule an additional follow up 4-6 weeks after to recheck blood markers, monitor symptoms and adjust treatment if needed.
These prices include only the consult; lab work and supplements are not included.
- Initial visit 90 minutes $190 or 120 minutes $250 ($125/hour)
- Follow up visit 30 minutes $35 or 60 minutes: $70

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Do you accept insurance?
Answer: Christie is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies, so OneLife Functional Medicine does not file directly with insurance companies for office visits. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms you need to file with your insurance company for reimbursement. Because payment is due at the time of service, your insurance company will reimburse you directly. We do utilize insurance for most lab tests offered.
- What can I expect during my first visit?
Answer: Your new patient appointment will last anywhere from 1.5 – 2 hours in length. Your practitioner will spend time going over your medical history in detail, ask several in-depth questions about your chronological life, perform a quick physical exam, discuss your specific needs and desires, discuss applicable diagnostic testing needed, and will discuss an initial treatment plan moving forward. Diet and lifestyle measures are also often addressed at your initial new patient visit.
